Everything was taken out and removed including the old plumbing , until we had an empty shell.
We re-installed all of the drain age waste pipes with alterations for shower waste, new hot and cold water pipes with connections and electrical earthing.
A shower wall was built for privacy and the bathroom was then re-tiled and a pebble shower floor was also created.
New hanging sink , toilet, shower valve installed.
This bathroom also needed a complete refurbishment with everything being taken out, new water feed pipes installed with new electrics. Also a Roca resin base shower tray , large glazed shower screen and a full re-tile and hanging sink unit were installed. Finished with a new plaster ceiling and flush fitted LED lighting.
A new extension was needed to be constructed to create new living space. We dug out the existing area, concreted it from scratch and walls were built. Several months later we had achieved a fantastic new area for living to the highest of standards.
This existing kitchen just wasn’t up to scratch for the Finca it was in. So a new area was created and the two were knocked together. The whole kitchen was designed, constructed and beautifully finished with large sliding doors overlooking the pool and gardens.

This is a new kitchen we installed in the popular area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It was a very outdated and tired kitchen that has now been turned into a modern one, where you can to cook, sit and enjoy with the family. It took 2,5 weeks to finish including removing and replacing floor and wall tiles.
This apartment is over 30 years old and is typical of many in a similar condition. The good news is that you can see the fabulous results that can be achieved IF you use a professional builder.
The owner wanted a bubble spa feature built in to their existing pool. The refurbishment included a new step and bench area at the shallow end of the pool where the new bubble feature was installed. It took around 3 weeks to complete.
This pool in Puerto del Carmen needed attention due to being untouched for many years. It took around 1 week and looks a lot better with new tile band.
The Finca had 2 of the roofs made from branches and soil, then covered with a small layer of cement. These roofs were replaced with wooden roofs, which were insulated with polystyrene then felted and painted.
The wiring throughout the Finca was very old and dangerous in places. We completely re-wired the property up to standard of Spain’s regulations. We added extra sockets and lights throughout the Finca and decorated the entire Finca upon completion.
